Here are their other variants of rum baba:
And here is a short video I found on the internet that shows yet another rum baba variant:

They have recipes for some of their national food, like Lavash and Gozinaki.
Lavash
A short video showing how flat Lavash is usually baked:

Gozinaki
I always buy Lavash from them, because it tastes good and does not have added sugar. They have 2 versions of Lavash: round and flat. Gozinaki is a mix of nuts and seeds, which is glued together with some "honey". They have different versions of Gozinaki, but I only like Gozinaki made out of sunflower seeds.

Here is what I brought home recently from these guys:

Gozinaki. They taste great with a cup of coffee.
3 pieces of round Lavash.
Here I put mung beans mixed with cabbage on top of round Lavash and covered it up with some egg, onion and garlic slices.
Here is persimmon and kiwifruit slices on top of round Lavash. There is anise "tea" in the cup.
3 rolls of flat Lavash.
Here I put mung beans on top of single layer of flat Lavash and covered them with egg, onion and gralic slices.
Here I put persimmon and kiwifruit slices on top of single layer of flat Lavash. I really like how a slice of kiwifruit tastes after I've just eaten a slice of persimmon and vice versa. The 2 fruits taste great together with flat Lavash.
